At August of the Inner Self, my work is rooted in the practice of Internal Family Systems (IFS), a gentle and powerful framework that helps us understand the many voices and emotions within us—not to silence them, but to meet them with compassion. I believe that healing begins when we reconnect to the Self: the calm, curious, and confident center that lives within each of us, even when life feels chaotic.
This space was created for that healing. A space where your experiences are honored, your nervous system is respected, and your path unfolds at your own pace. Together, we’ll work to gently explore your inner world, build trusting relationships with the parts of you that carry pain or protection, and begin the process of deep, lasting transformation from the inside out.
