Terms of Service

Last Updated: May 31, 2026

Welcome to Ginger Rose Wellness Co-Op. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website (gingerrosewellness.com), our booking platform (gingerrosewellness.janeapp.com), and your engagement with the Ginger Rose Wellness Co-Op. By accessing this website, booking a consultation, joining the Nourished Roots Community, enrolling in a program, or otherwise engaging with our offerings, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Ginger Rose Wellness Co-Op

Ginger Rose Wellness Co-Op is a faith-based cooperative of holistic practitioners organized under IRC §508(c)(1)(A). Our practitioners are Licensed Ecclesiastical Holistic Practitioners credentialed through the Guardian Ecclesiastical Holistic Association (GEHA), a d/b/a of GEMA (Guardian Ecclesiastical Medical Association, Inc.), a 501(c)(3) religious/charitable non-profit organization.

The cooperative was formed to provide educational, faith-rooted holistic wellness support across the country through virtual care, individualized programs, functional lab education, and a connected community.

2. Nature of Services

All services, content, programs, and community offerings provided by Ginger Rose Wellness Co-Op are educational in nature and are intended for personal wellness, learning, and supportive purposes only.

Our practitioners do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Services are not a substitute for the care of a licensed medical professional. You are responsible for seeking medical care when appropriate and for continuing any prescribed medical treatment under the direction of your physician.

The educational guidance offered through Ginger Rose Wellness Co-Op is grounded in the GEHA framework and operates within the scope of the GEHA Code of Operations.

3. Documents That May Govern Your Relationship With Us

Different relationships within Ginger Rose Wellness Co-Op are governed by different agreements:

For clients engaging in 1:1 practitioner-guided care: The GEHA LifeCare Member Agreement governs the practitioner-client relationship. You will be required to sign this Agreement as part of your intake before your first session.

For members of the Nourished Roots Community: The Nourished Roots Community Terms of Service & Membership Agreement governs your participation in the community. You agree to these terms by enrolling in any Nourished Roots Community membership tier.

For practitioners affiliated with the cooperative: The Practitioner Participation Agreement governs the practitioner-cooperative relationship.

These Terms of Service are the public master document. Where a more specific agreement applies, it governs that particular relationship and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

4. Use of the Website

This website provides information about Ginger Rose Wellness Co-Op, facilitates booking with our practitioners, and supports the broader operations of the cooperative. By using this site, you agree:

  • To use it only for lawful purposes
  • Not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to restricted areas
  • Not to reproduce, redistribute, or republish content from the site without written permission
  • That information on the website is for general informational and educational purposes only

5. Booking and Consultations

When you book a consultation, Discovery Call, or program through our booking platform, you agree to the following:

Card on File. Most consultations and all programs require a valid card on file at the time of booking. By providing your card, you authorize Ginger Rose Wellness Co-Op to charge your card for the session, any related fees, late cancellation fees, no-show fees, or program installments as outlined below.

Cancellation Policy. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: No charge.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours: 50% of the session fee will be charged to your card on file.
  • No-shows or missed appointments: 100% of the session fee will be charged to your card on file.

Discovery Calls. Complimentary Discovery Calls are free of charge but require a card on file for no-show enforcement. If you do not attend your scheduled Discovery Call without notice, a $50 no-show fee will be charged to your card on file.

Program Enrollment. Wellness programs are enrolled through a Discovery Call with the practitioner who offers the program. Enrollment is gated to ensure fit; the practitioner makes the final decision on enrollment.

6. Payments and Fees

All consultations, programs, labs, and offerings are paid for in advance unless otherwise stated. Pricing is disclosed at the time of booking or enrollment.

Refunds and Cancellations. Due to the educational, individualized, and time-based nature of our services:

  • Consultations and Discovery Calls are non-refundable once the session has occurred.
  • Wellness programs, packages, and memberships are non-refundable and non-cancellable upon receipt of the first payment. This applies regardless of payment structure (paid in full or installment plan). Once enrollment is confirmed and the first payment has been received, the full enrollment fee is owed. Clients on installment plans remain responsible for all remaining payments through the completion of the program term. Programs are governed by their specific terms outlined at enrollment.
  • Functional lab tests are non-refundable once ordered.
  • Community membership fees are non-refundable once access has been granted. Cancellations stop future charges but do not retroactively refund past payments.

Use of Included Services. All services, sessions, and benefits included in a wellness program, package, or membership must be used within the timeframe specified by the program or membership terms. Sessions, services, and benefits do not roll over after the program or membership term has ended.

Unused sessions, lab tests, or other included benefits remaining at the end of the term are forfeited. The cooperative does not extend program terms, transfer unused services to other clients, or provide credit for unused benefits.

Scheduling sessions within the program timeframe is the client's responsibility. The cooperative will provide reasonable practitioner availability, but clients who fail to schedule their included sessions within the program term forfeit those sessions.

Failed Payments. Failed or declined card-on-file payments may result in suspension of services until payment is resolved. For clients on installment plans for programs, persistent payment failures do not release the client from the financial obligation of the full program fee; the cooperative reserves the right to invoice or charge for unpaid balances through any available means.

Failed payments do not constitute cancellation or termination of a program enrollment. Clients remain responsible for the full enrollment fee regardless of whether services are actively delivered during a period of payment failure.

7. Practitioner Relationships

Each practitioner affiliated with Ginger Rose Wellness Co-Op operates their own member practice within the cooperative. While the cooperative provides shared infrastructure, education, and protective framework, each practitioner is responsible for their own client work, their own scope of practice within their GEHA credentialing, and their own compliance with applicable laws.

A client-practitioner relationship is established only after the client has signed the GEHA LifeCare Member Agreement and the practitioner has accepted the engagement. Browsing this website, booking a Discovery Call, or making initial contact does not by itself establish a practitioner-client relationship.

8. Voluntary Participation and Personal Responsibility

Participation in any Ginger Rose Wellness Co-Op offering is voluntary. By engaging with our services, programs, community, or content, you acknowledge:

  • You are responsible for your own decisions, choices, and outcomes
  • You will continue to consult with licensed medical professionals as appropriate for medical care
  • Outcomes from educational wellness work cannot be guaranteed
  • You participate at your own discretion and assume full responsibility for the consequences of your choices

9. Community Conduct

Members of the Nourished Roots Community, program participants, and other community engagers agree to participate respectfully within all community spaces.

We reserve the right to moderate discussions, restrict or revoke access, and protect the integrity, safety, and purpose of the community when guidelines are violated.

Harassment, disruptive behavior, misinformation presented as medical advice, sharing of confidential information about other members, or actions that compromise community safety are not permitted and may result in immediate access revocation without refund.

Materials may not be reproduced, shared publicly, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without written consent. Educational use within your own personal life is welcome and expected.

12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

All information provided through Ginger Rose Wellness Co-Op — including services, conversations, educational content, community discussions, lab interpretation, and program materials — is for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing offered by Ginger Rose Wellness Co-Op constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Engagement with our practitioners does not establish a doctor-patient or licensed medical provider relationship.

Outcomes from educational wellness work vary between individuals, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to hold harmless and indemnify Ginger Rose Wellness Co-Op, its practitioners, staff, officers, and affiliates from any liability for the results of educational content, recommendations, guidance, or community participation. This limitation does not waive rights that cannot be waived by law and does not prohibit activities protected by 15 U.S.C. § 45b.

13. Multi-State and Virtual Care

Ginger Rose Wellness Co-Op provides virtual, educational holistic wellness support to clients across the United States. Our practitioners are credentialed through GEHA's ecclesiastical licensure and are not state-licensed health care providers in any state.

Clients are responsible for understanding the educational nature of the services provided and for ensuring that the support they receive from Ginger Rose Wellness Co-Op complements, rather than replaces, the medical care available to them through licensed providers in their state.

14. Modifications to These Terms

Ginger Rose Wellness Co-Op reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time to reflect operational changes, evolving offerings, updates to the GEHA framework, or other developments. Continued use of the website or engagement with our offerings following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Material updates affecting active client relationships will be communicated directly. Updates to the GEHA LifeCare Member Agreement, where applicable, will be provided to affected clients.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your engagement with Ginger Rose Wellness Co-Op will be resolved in accordance with North Carolina law, the GEHA framework where applicable, and the dispute resolution provisions of the relevant signed agreements.
