I am a daughter, a mother and a grandmother. I know what it is to carry others, to keep going, to be the strong one. That lived love is part of what holds this work so gently.

We begin by gently naming your current season: what your body has been signaling, what your nervous system has been carrying, and what your life is asking for next. From there, we walk a paced, intentional path that allows healing to land — not through force or urgency, but through clarity, rhythm, and integration.

This offering is ideal if you’re ready for deeper work, but want to be held within community before committing to 1:1 care.

Over eight weeks, we move gently and intentionally — layering nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and embodied practices that support sustainable change. The focus is not on pushing through healing, but on learning how to rise while staying connected to your body, your needs, and your capacity.

This cohort often serves as a natural bridge between foundational self-paced work and higher-touch 1:1 containers.
